      THE most toxic environment I have ever worked in

      As others have said, salary and swag.....

      A bit like being bullied at school, except teachers generally took charge and resolved situations, whereas Ted and Sanjay seem to be quite happy to let people fight it out amongst themselves. Extremely two faced leadership team and lets face it a very limited market opportunity. I was recruited with lots of false promises, and from day 1 working with the european channel team realised I had made a huge mistake. The only people that succeed here are two face bottom lickers. I give them around another 4 months before they are off loaded and everyone is fired....

      Copado is the best company I have ever worked for. Huge opportunity to be able to move the needle and have high impact. Tonnes of growth opportunity to really elevate your career and be part of a high growth organization. Absolute honesty and transparency from top to bottom!

      Cons

      Not a con, but be prepared for the pace. Things move fast in a high growth environment!
