Copper State Communications has a reliable schedule that you can set your watch to. They offer paid time off that increases with time in service.

Cons

Constantly changing the ticket management system which can be hard to follow. The company has gone from a hands-off approach to micro-managing every aspect of the company.

Always something to do or learn. Room for advancement if you apply yourself. Staff is great at working as team to come up the best solutions for their clients. Benefits are good PTO is great.

Relationships with major players - ShoreTel and Avaya

Cons

Sales is an afterthought. Viewed as a necessary evil, sales has no input in the overall business. Pricing is driven by the "overhead" cost and does not match the market, opportunity losses become a question of the sales person not selling the value.
