Working here feels like a waste of time. I've consistently exceeded the expectations set by the company, but I was never rewarded for my efforts. Even after being a part of the company for quite a number of years, I've never seen any significant pay increase or even a single promotion. My career has stagnated, and the leadership couldn't care less about it.
You're forced to wear multiple hats. I've had to take on a lot of tasks outside my job description, often resulting in bloated workloads. I don't even get any recognition for taking on extra work, much less be rewarded. Even if I try to refuse to take on more work, I'm threatened, manipulated, and gaslight by the management to comply.
The only reason anyone still bothers with this company is because of the lies and false promises management gives to employees. I didn't quit immediately because I thought that Core Personnel would pull through with what they promised me, but that couldn't be further from the truth.
Don't waste your time here. You're just going to be exploited and taken advantage of. They don't care about employees, and they most certainly don't care about you.
