Pros

Most of my coworkers were genuinely helpful and tried to keep processes moving.

Cons

Communication came through in fragments, and updates rarely matched what was actually happening. Tools ran slowly, information was disorganized, and support from leadership was inconsistent. Instead of providing direction, management relied on employees to figure things out on their own, which only added to the confusion.

Pros

You might learn about different types of recruitment, which could help you escape this toxic environment and grow your career elsewhere.

Cons

The leadership is cruel and uncaring. Boundaries are ignored, and employees are expected to endure relentless, exhausting, and stressful hours just to keep up with impossible workloads. Personal time is obliterated, and the constant pressure drains every ounce of motivation and spirit.

Pros

I can't think of any. I was wrong to even assume that working here was a great opportunity, because with how things are here, that couldn't be further from the truth...

Cons

Working here feels like a waste of time. I've consistently exceeded the expectations set by the company, but I was never rewarded for my efforts. Even after being a part of the company for quite a number of years, I've never seen any significant pay increase or even a single promotion. My career has stagnated, and the leadership couldn't care less about it. You're forced to wear multiple hats. I've had to take on a lot of tasks outside my job description, often resulting in bloated workloads. I don't even get any recognition for taking on extra work, much less be rewarded. Even if I try to refuse to take on more work, I'm threatened, manipulated, and gaslight by the management to comply. The only reason anyone still bothers with this company is because of the lies and false promises management gives to employees. I didn't quit immediately because I thought that Core Personnel would pull through with what they promised me, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Don't waste your time here. You're just going to be exploited and taken advantage of. They don't care about employees, and they most certainly don't care about you.
