* Hospital is so understaffed that the regular employees had trouble getting their work done while finding enough time to help with training * “Lead phlebotomist” functions more as the manager’s secretary; extremely unprofessional and often pushes work she doesn’t like on the other staff. The only time she goes to the floor is when they’re well and truly behind

Pros
They have many locations so you can work close to home after the training period when you must float to all locations in your area. They do four 10hr shifts per week for fulltime employment.
Cons
They are the fast food version of health care. they have a lot of turnover due to the company not treating or paying the employees reasonably. At Corewell the registration staff as well as the cafeteria workers make more than the phlebotomist. CEO takes major raises every year while we have to fight to get a 3%.
