      Disorganized. Inconsistent. Reactive. Opaque. Unsupportive.

      Cons

      Leadership was a major issue here. The CEO discussed employee matters openly with others, showing little regard for professionalism or confidentiality. When concerns were raised and help was requested, nothing was done — issues were simply brushed off. Important information was also kept until the last minute, creating stress and poor communication. Overall, a disappointing experience.

      The office is decorated nicely.

      Cons

      This company is not stable. I feel sorry for the property owners that have no idea what theyre walking into. Upper management uses a lot of smooth talking to build confidence, but its pure chaos behind the scenes. Im not an angry employee, Just want to give a strong warning to anyone considering this place. The two positive reviews were written in order to boost the stats. Trust me.

      Pros

      Residents are nice. Nightshifts are mostly only cleaning.

      Cons

      Overworked. Management don’t work floor even when assigned. Schedule changes short notice but have to go in as it’s only printed on board not available online. There isn’t no training as it’s mostly skipped over. Don’t contact nurse for anything only on call as they get rude. No one wears proper uniforms as it’s not enforced
