- management (directors, VP, SVP, etc.) is completely incompetent having absolutely no strategy and direction
- completely chaotic and disorganised leaving employees frustrated
- line managers don't mentor, motivate and push employees. they are so uninspiring!
- management provides zero transparency, lie all the time, make empty promises and don't care about their employees
- no company shop or product allocation for employees
- there are barely any activities for employees
- no career path for employees. management only care about their own careers and bonuses.
- discrimination towards non-british employees
- HR is basically non-existent
- very senior management are in a separate beautiful, fancy office (Paddington) while the "rest" of the employees are in Wimbledon - what company separates like that??!
