Pros

Supportive colleagues struggling with this toxic place and people

Cons

Toxic workplace with deeply unprofessional management and a shocking lack of transparency. The environment felt hostile from the very first days. Bullying, aggressive behaviour, and intimidation from certain colleagues were tolerated instead of addressed, creating an atmosphere of stress and anxiety even during onboarding. Basic professionalism and employee wellbeing (bullying could be conducted by wellbeing team too, by the way) appeared to be an afterthought. The handling of redundancies was one of the worst aspects of the experience. Employees were given inconsistent information, changing timelines, and vague verbal updates instead of clear written communication. Many workers felt deliberately kept in the dark while management attempted to maintain appearances internally. What was especially disturbing was that new employees continued being onboarded while large-scale redundancies were already looming over the company. In many cases, even onboarding staff appeared unaware of the situation. It created the impression of complete internal disorganisation or deliberate withholding of information. Employees were also not properly informed about the reality of vendor restrictions connected to the client account. Many people only later discovered there is effectively an unwritten “cooling-off” period preventing movement between vendors working for the same client for around six months. This significantly impacts future employment opportunities, yet was never transparently explained during hiring. Workers facing redundancy are therefore left not only without long-term stability, but in some cases without meaningful redundancy compensation while also being blocked from applying to similar roles connected to the same client ecosystem. The company culture revolves entirely around client contracts, with employees treated as disposable the moment business priorities change. Morale collapsed quickly, trust in management disappeared, and the overall atmosphere became incredibly unstable and emotionally draining.
