Pros

Staff members on the team were lovely.

Cons

Managers appointed team leaders who have no clue how to speak to people. Disclosing medical information to other staff members which should be confidential. Poor wage. Team leaders taking hours on personal calls in the office distracts you especially when shouting and swearing.
