      Bad experience in CPL NI

      Not a lot of pressure and met some good friends along the way (who have since left)

      Cons

      NI Office has a lot of negative points - sexist workplace, beneficial to the males in the organisation. Issue around bullying which lead me to leave the organisation. I raised the issue with my Manager and a Senior manager and it was ignored. . Very little progression opportunities and little praise or support when you were doing well and billing continually month to month. Pressured to put up fees that didn't exist so the monthly figures were better, which was followed by having a sleepless weekend worrying if the deal would happen or not.

      The recruitment business is a really rewarding area to build a career

      This company has a toxic culture that emanates from the top down. There is a clear lack of honesty and integrity in how people are treated in the business and promotions are not based on ability or merit but on favouritism and perception

      No pressure... is this really a pro for a sales environment?

      Cons

      Sexist, unprofessional and generally unethical management who are slanderous torwards anyone who has left the business. There is no development and the 'white sheep' who are focused on their work or disagree with treating the office like a holiday camp are victimised. No focus on sales or financial targets.
