Amin is a great person to work for - his technical knowledge means that when you come with a solution or an idea, he can appreciate the request, and often gives space to give it a try. Which is why automation is becoming a bigger focus in every area. There is transparency in the team about financials, and the direction of the team. And to make it even sweeter, we are making a product that helps the mom and pop shops compete with the chain stores without a huge upfront investment. I really love that we are helping those types of businesses keep up with todays technology!
Cons
We need to grow the team to keep up with the demand - sales, client success, development, all around, there can be a lot of work, and the goals we have sometimes have to get pushed back a bit to meet the load of incoming request. We are trying to reduce the number of choke points in our flow. More experienced people that fit our team culture would really help!
