Pros

Some extremely talented employees, typically friendly and relaxed culture. Broadly speaking projects are quite good to work on. Most staff are genuinely nice people.

Cons

Extremely inept senior management who are often actively detrimental to the projects they work on. Many out of touch department leads and managers who have never had to look far outside the bubble of CA for as much as 15-20 years. Visible lack of willingness to admit problems or attempt to improve on these issues. Location is basically a field in the middle of nowhere - probably fine if you're looking for a quiet area, although quite unsuitable for most younger employees I would say. Area has quite high cost of living. Severe brain drain, almost all of the new hires who are strong in their field move on very quickly. Many staff are sub-par in terms of skills and expertise. Career advancement is almost non-existent. Training is almost non-existent.

Pros

- Honestly, I don't have much to say. When I joined the company, there were some pros such as a good work-life balance, nice snacks in the office, cool projects, and regular team-building encounters. However, none of these things have been happening for almost a year now.

Cons

- If you're an artist, avoid this place. You won't receive constructive feedback, hindering your growth as an artist. There are no senior or principal artists to learn from. - Old technology. - No bonuses or raises. - Horsham is quite expensive, especially for young people. Going to the office is mandatory on some days per week, so living nearby is advisable to save on commuting costs. - They don't appreciate your skills. - Management is problematic; they retain individuals responsible for the poor decisions that have led CA to its current state. - There are individuals in lead positions with no prior experience.
