Pros
You get to work with children, but there are plenty of facilities and companies to work for that far better then this one. (if this is even a pro)
Cons
Creative World doesn't care about their employees. All they care about is getting a warm body in the room to count in student teacher ratio, drain their parents dry and tell them their kids are "learning lots!" They don't train their employees. They'll just through you into a classroom with no training and expect you to succeed. Oh, and take note, management does nothing wrong, so everything is your fault. There is a huge lack of communication. Long story short, Creative World is an AWFUL company to work for.
