I worked at CROMSOURCE for many years and only left to fulfil a desire to try something new. The company has its people at heart at all times, and through that delivers great service to its customers. Career development is encouraged and work-life balance is a priority. A family atmosphere in which it was a pleasure to work.

Cons

There are very few negatives. Occasionally when an important deadline was imminent workload was high for a short period. But what I noticed was that the leadership team also supported in these times and worked alongside the team to reach the goal.

I have worked for CROMSOURCE now for 5 years, each day is different and I really enjoy my role. Flexible company, work life balance is also good.
