To make matters worse, not only was I denied compensation for the 15 days I worked diligently during the notice period, but there was also no consideration given to the financial strain imposed on me by this sudden upheaval. My experience with CRONJ serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering employment with them. The disregard for employee well-being and financial security is deeply troubling and highlights systemic issues within the organization. I urge others to approach any potential opportunities with caution and skepticism.

While CronJ focus on remote work and excels in many areas, it could further enhance its employee recognition programs to acknowledge and appreciate the exceptional efforts of its team members.
