No direct contact with anyone else except your personal manager. The manager I worked with was incapable and not suitable to take responsibility for this role. You can't leave someone who doesn't have a clear view of the industry and the company's goals + is run by personal emotions to lead a team and to make decisions without anyone else to supervise these decisions.

Where to start? Terrible management, no direction or accountability, people come and go and work is not done. Hard to understand what kind of illegal operation this is because they is not even a lot of customers. They don’t have good work ethics, they don’t encourage employees, no bonuses, no benefits, or good salaries, only ridiculous expectations, no investment in the right departments. No social interaction or employment appreciation.
