      Pros

      I really like working at Curio, no two days are the same and I feel like we really work together as a team on a product we feel passionate about. The founders listen to feedback and are really knowledgable. I feel like I have input into the product and feel comfortable voicing my opinions.

      - autonomy - creative team - hybrid work environment

      Cons

      - Work silos - Tech industry is unpredictable especially startups - Company goals change frequently and rapidly. - Founders painted a good picture of the company's situation but then redundancies were made with no warning. I don't think the team was the same after that.
