      Great place to work - growing business with ability to make a difference

      Pros

      The organisation is really forward thinking and at cutting edge of Project and Change Delivery. The ways of working and thinking are markedly different from comparable businesses. Their people first approach really helps to create a great environment to contribute and make a difference for the client and Curium.

      Cons

      Not really a con, just something to be aware of. As a consultancy, offering a service to clients, there can be a need to be away from home a bit.

      Supportive team, great opportunities, interesting client work, great degree of autonomy

      Cons

      No negatives to add if you enjoy working for a smaller consultancy where everyone gets involved

      Lovely team members, engaging team

      Cons

      No direction or strategy. Directors blow hot and cold. Weekly team meeting where everyone pretends to be happy so they are not picked on by directors. Says it is employee owned but that actually means nothing.
