They make you lie to customers

Cons

Customer Support Supervisor makes staff lie to customers about delivery dates. Causing staff no end of grief. Supervisor has no leadership experience, micro management at its finest. You can wfh but she will check up on you every 5 mins. She does not trust her team. Awful awful toxic environment, she takes no notice of the companies culture. Do not work here

Certain managers play favourites and try to bully the others. Try to hand out disciplinaries with no investigation and refuse to apologise when proven wrong. lie on their job adverts about rates of pay and shift rates. totally clueless and hide so much from customers and external auditors. Poor pay for what you do and no progression
