      Pros

      The company is fast passes but relaxed and supportive and provides a stimulating work environment that allows for flexible hours and good compensation. The management was very reasonable, hardworking and got the best out of their employees.

      Cons

      The company could use more updated equipment (Vans) but they do a great job with what they have.

      It's your business. The more you close the more you earn. Corp. doesn't change commission rates, like large companies.

      New personal needs to get aggressive, and close business.
