Worst Management

Pros

1. Work-life balance (Not for all teams) 2. Small Supermarket inside the company, which is growing faster than the company :) 3.Flexible timings 4. No dress code

Cons

1. HR Policies. 2. No career grow. 3. You will be retired or die with the same designation. 4. No onsite opportunities. 5. You have to work for 24 hours for some teams. 6. Cheap politics. 7. Some Senior Managers - You also an employee to the company like developers and you are not a King/Queen to the kingdom. 8. If you are a friend with the HR team, then you will get special facilities. 9. No new projects 10. No proper project planning and resource allocation.

Pros

- Good Elderly people are around to give you more advices for family life - Flexible timings - Vergy good at work life balance

Cons

There are a lot to list out here. - The senior mangers who are here from the date the company has started are rellay dont have a clue why they are here. - They decide everything in the company and they just retain one who nodds and smile for all the craps they say more than the talented one. - This company works mostly like a Government office than a IT company - Because of their small mind they were had no chance than closing the Infrastrcture team which they earned hell lot of money - Cheap minded middle management litteraly spoils the company's standard. - No Onsite oppurtunity - No night shifts - as a whole if you are in your late 40's you can join here and work till you die, They will pay you and will take care of your funeral too

Useless HR and management

Pros

Well there is a lot of idle time in which one watches videos on YouTube and uses facebook

Cons

The company has a very deranged set of values and culture where they think they are doing a favour to the employees buy giving them a job when the truth of the matter is the other way round. Management including the COO have no idea of the direction of the company and the HR is clueless most of the time running around like a headless chicken. No career growth. Most employees end up doing he same role for years together.
