Customer Engineering Services Response

This review, although very positive, is for a different organization. Customer Engineering Services does not have any business relationships in Carlisle, England. Customer Engineering Services brought this to Glassdoor’s attention on multiple occasions, and they refused to move this post to the correct organization (which was provided by Customer Engineering Services).

Pros

I worked for several good managers and it was great, then I worked for a real tyrant who manages through intimidation.

Cons

There are some managers who do not deserve to hold their positions. Very unprofessional and they are protected by HR. HR will not help you.

Pros

You get a company car. It is a decent car. They want you to include it in your salary though. It never made sense to me that I should consider it income.

Cons

I have been readin through the revuws about the VASR Directive team. They might be the worst of the bunch. When they were my manager team I have never hated a job more in my life. Emailing all of these reports no one cares about. Yelling as if they were the only people on earth. Getting angry about stupid things. You may think that it is all them though it isnt. That is how the CEO want to run the company. Through fear and intimidation. The VAS team is just following the CEO directive. I bet the VAS directors managers work the same way because they are forced or shamed in to . It all runs downhill. They will tell you that is NOT how a company is supposed to be run. Move on to another company. I did and I am so much happy now. I get treated with respect and an happy to do my job. I am not beaten down on a daily basis by people who does not care about me and is only looking to step on others heads. This company is run by a bunch of nihilists who just want to show what they are made of and the VAS director team was the first to say that they were going to take over as soon as all of the older directors retired. They have climbed the corporate ladder you have to give them that. I never thought /i would see the day. Everyone at this company was either hired in because they are family or because they worked with CEO. I am not saying that is a bad thing. If I had a company I would do the same thing. Get out while you can. I did and I am so much happier for it. I didnt quit while I worked for the VAS director team. I started to look while I worked under them. I jsut could not take the beat downs.
