      Worst Interview Ever: Management Needs Training

      Pros

      My interview today was a deeply disappointing experience. The management's conduct fell far below any standard of professionalism I've encountered. Their lack of basic courtesy and respect was truly shocking.

      It's crucial to remember that regardless of the hiring decision, a company should never damage an individual's self-confidence. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on their culture and raises serious concerns about their maturity as an organization. Perhaps this explains why they've remained at the startup stage for over a decade

      Place to work, learn and have fun

      Pros

      A place to learn how the company operates in a holistic view and not restricted to your tasks or to-dos. Flexible and realistic work culture. And absolute full freedom to fail and learn.

      It has been 4years until now. So far no cons to point out.

      Pros

      - workload was manageable -nice colleagues. -lunch on-site for those who opt in, and clean office.

      Cons

      - poor salaries(lower than market average) . - absolutely no adherence to maternity benefit act. As usual, men in charge penalize women for being pregnant, and do not even implement the act. two women employees have been unceremoniously removed and one has been ghosted when asking for her paid leave as a full-time mother. -No health insurance or perks such as travel reimbursement.Salary is the only perk.
