      Pros

      Recently moved out of town and left CUTS. Was shocked to see bad reviews. Everyone at CUTS loves CUTS and Steven. He’s a passionate CEO and wants to win. He has never once said something inappropriate or sexist that these reviews have mentioned. These are clearly fired employees who are mad. Amazing brand. We always have fun trips to NY, Steven always pays the bills. This is a great brand to work for and all the long standing employees and leaders are great. Highly recommend!

      Needs more work trips. Early in the companies history we did trips every month, now every quarter, wish we did them more frequently!

      Pros

      Steven is a strong leader who's passionate about the Cuts brand and the people who represent it. Beautiful and fun office environment in Marina del Rey just a few miles from the Beach. As an entry level marketer, I really felt like I was helping grow a lifestyle brand in it's growth phase. Had it not been for a new opportunity I couldn't pass up, I would have been thrilled to spend more years working under Cuts leadership. PS, In & Out truck makes an appearance AT LEAST once a month.

      Pros

      The leadership is pretty awesome! They're transparent, supportive and really empower us to do our best. You are given the opportunity to step outside your regular roles and try new things. Plus, since we're a small company, we're like one big, tight-knit team. We all know each other and work together really well. From the C-Suite on down, there's this amazing vibe that helps us handle the challenges of being a fast-growing startup. It's all about collaboration and being open with each other.

      The company is growing fast, which brings an element of excitement, but as expected, there are some inevitable challenges that come with growth.
