      Base Comp is good Solid Clients Lots of smart people doing the work

      Cons

      Leadership is a trainwreck Terrible bonus structure Lots of unwritten rules that will burn you Absolutely terrible culture There is no trust between Leaders and workers Communication is non-existent.

      Everybody gets paid a commissions, yes EVERYBODY. Zero company direction and struggles with their own identity. Horrible Management. Abhorrent Leadership.

      Pros

      There are some truly talented people working here who are going to make a positive impact wherever they are. They might be younger in their careers but you can tell they’re special.

      Cons

      Management has no true loyalty to its employees. They’ll love you until you’re no longer useful to them or until you become a casualty to help the bottom line. People are nothing more than numbers on a spreadsheet. Behind closed doors management is very different than they are to peoples faces.
