My experience at CyberMDX was disappointing due to ongoing management and organizational issues. There was a noticeable lack of accountability. Responsibilities were unclear, and when issues arose, solutions were not handled transparently. This contributed to a stressful work environment and reduced trust within teams. Overall, the company has potential, but significant improvements are needed in leadership structure, communication, and operational consistency.
