- Have held the course through the COVID period and even started bouncing back
- Lots of autonomy which is nice for self starters
- Environment where creativity and new ideas are appreciated- a startup at heart even though they are over 3 years old
- London office has fruit bowls, snacks, birthday cakes and cards, nice coffee, company lunch once a month, friendly colleagues, good work culture making it an awesome place to work
- Do not agree with the comment about work-life balance as I have not experienced it.
Cons
It is a fast moving environment and requires agile working and constant changes (like most other companies in this sector) which might be a challenge for some.
Requires collaborative working with several teams across geographies and time zones.
