i used to believe Cynet is one of the best places to work at, i have so many friends who work at cynet and i always wish the very best for the company, a little something for you to know about the branch mohali is that leaders are very biased when it comes to granting requests. I don't particularly want to name anyone as I have my own ethics. Just want to let you know about one incident.
I am basically from South and I was interviewed by Maneet. During the interview when asked about on-site i mentioned i am not sure but i will try my best. When we had our new office set up I agreed to come all the way from down south to top north. I was not provided with anything for employee benefits let not even talk about the benefits none of the leaders were concerned about my stay there at punjab not even when i told i had issues finding residence and other stuff. I then fell sick and ended up with a really bad skin infection due to the unbearable heat. Given the fact that the south is a much cooler place my body couldn't handle the heat. just month before i had good number of offers and start is something out of of our control, yet i was told due to my performance at work i wont be given WFH even for a month however i know couple of colleagues who stay close by yet offered WFH for months. None of the leaders were concerned about my health or living standards but needed just to extract work and honestly I gave my 100% to this company but not even on humanitarian grounds.
I used to teach so many newcomers and help but never was offered the mentor - mentee program until I raised an issue. I have always taken advantage of my jolly nature. I am extremely sorry to say but Cynet Mohali is a toxic place to work at. I have had a lot more issues and biased judgments but I really can't talk about it anymore. For my health and my peace of mind I resigned and do not require anything in return from cynet be it F&F or anything at all.
