Pros
Though Cyviz is growing, it still acts and innovates like a start-up. We work in small teams with little formal structure, and very little 'corporate overhead'. Yet there is a strong Cyviz identity and tremendous collaboration between the geographically distributed teams, as you'd expect from a company who make high-end collaboration solutions.
Cons
We don't have the 'safety net' that you get in a big corporation - the responsibilities can be daunting, for employees at all levels.
