      Steep learning curve; opportunities to get involved in different projects; supportive team that is always willing to help

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of. Like every job it comes with its own challenges but D2 is the type of place where you can thrive if you have good will and commitment.

      Good exposure to documentation Lots of opportunity for learning and client contact Research opportunities (I have been looking into CLM)

      Cons

      It has been hard post covid in terms of return to the office - much better opportunity to learn and be involved as people (including more senior consultants) come back into the office.
