      This place was a soul-destroying and absolutely awful.

      NONE, this place should be avoided at all costs.

      Cons

      The company is run very badly. Lack of direction, training and organization. Processes and system don't work. The management has no idea. They don't deem to care about their workers. When things get tough, they just cut costs with massive redundancies. Worst experience I have ever had in a company.
