      Worst job of my life - RUN, don't walk from this place!

      I can't think of one pro to put here - using up the 20 word minimum

      Cons

      Owner likes to scream at the employees. ZERO sick days Two feet of snow - you better not be one minute late for work! Average turnover time is less than two months Shoddy filthy equipment given to do your job with Be prepared to bring your own pens, pencils, and even an extension cord from home to power your cubicle! Owner withholds 15% of your pay, gives it to you quarterly and calls it a "bonus" Nowhere really to go in the company

      There are absolutely no pros.

      Cons

      I worked at Datel right out of college for $13/hr as a developer. I quit after two months due to sexual harassment, I could not take it anymore. I would cry in my car at lunch. When I submitted my resignation, Dan told me that I was horrible for not giving notice despite my reasoning for leaving. He continued to send me emails after the fact until I threatened to involve a lawyer.

      WORST PLACE EVER TO WORK

      There is not one pro to working at this place. Dan the owner is a real jerk.

      Cons

      Time off is terrible. No work from home...even in 3 feet of snow. No sick days. Terrible pay. Owner Dan treats his employees like trash.....one day he got so up in my face that I thought he was going to punch me in the face...and I'm a female. He has anger issues and needs anger management. Salary is terrible. What a cheap company! Made $20 more after leaving this dump. Software is a piece of crap. Doesn't even work right. No career growth. No salary increases. Worst job ever. McDonald's pays more for college degrees.
