Horrible place to be - extremely depressing. Previous positive ratings are from employees that have positions that do not require interaction with the horrible management and owner. Owner has severe social issues and treats people horrible. Makes them feel useless and stupid. Very depressing waking at 3AM stressed out because you have to go back to work in a few hours. Do not socialize while you are there for you are just there to work and that is it. They are attempting to get the "Best Place to work in Tampa" award......if they do.....it was paid for. There is no fun here. No Training. No documentation. You have to go see a developer to get your answers. Do not make a mistake...you do...your gone. Your set up to fail as soon as you are hired.
