I worked at Docde for over a year and during that time was able to extensively upskill in the tech space, specifically in understanding the technical requirements of projects and there build. Andrew and the tech team we're an awesome source of information and really responsive as I brought in new systems and process to aid Dcodes growth. During my time here the team nearly doubled, as did the variety of projects. Everything is custom-built from the ground up and for that reason you really get an opportunity to understand your client's needs and are challenged to find solutions that truly add value. No copy and paste. If you actually want to evolve and learn, Dcode is an awesome place to do so.
Cons
Dcode is suited to people who can think on their feet and show a sense of initiative. Like any growing business, they need people who will be present and part of team that cares about what they deliver. If you're looking to coast, Dcode isn't the right fit.
