Pros

Decent money sometimes if your willing to work 7 days a week 10 hours a day

Cons

Bullying managers shouting swearing and talking to you like dirt. Physical fighting amongst staff and managers. Customer credit card details being stolen and used in gambling sites by salesman. Senior management sexually harassing female staff members. Senior management covering up harassment allegations for each other. Management being arrested outside store by police. Managers threatening you with your job at every opportunity for any reason.

Pros

Ok salary, not terrible hours, can't really write anymore though

Cons

No higherachy have even witnessed or done the jobs before, so have no idea what it entails. Bully boy management, offer "world class service, but skimp on an £80 agency so you can actually check the furniture to give a "world class service". Over work and over load warehouses to the point it's illegal to work in i.e block every fire exit with sofas stacked on the floor!! Told to get on with it!!!!!! Clowns
