Pros

- You get to make yourself a new best friend: your therapist. - Being here allows you to look forward to your next job - Realizing "feeling suicidal" is okay too

Cons

- Last thing they care about is you - You can get your green card via employer sponsorship here, but good luck surviving until you get what you need - Basic documents like paystub and immigration papers are not provided unless you give them a specific reason - Leadership needs to stop acting like they own the building when they have the blinds shut in their client site. Perhaps no smoking indoor would be helpful too if you truly work for your clients - Full uncertainty in your career progression can put your personal life on the edge - permanent depression, divorce and even a suicide attempt - Lies to you and client (upcharging client and underpaying employees)
