            Pros

Good offices Decent salary Some decent people

            Cons

Secretary supervisors are like rulers of a dictatorship. Power mad and are on people’s backs for the smallest insignificant thing. No career progression for admin staff Them and us culture between admin and few earners

            Advice to Management

Get rid of the secretarial supervisors. They breed discontent and lower morale.

I worked at DLA Piper full-time for more than 3 years

            Pros

Location, most of the people, good salary and benefits.

            Cons

Long hours, badly treated staff during redundancy process, some of the partners are very rude to employees. It takes forever to get decisions on things and quite often feel like just a cog in the wheel.

            Advice to Management

Try an employee survey - they never wanted to do one as all too aware of the likely feedback.
