Worst company to work for

Pros

Only reason to work here is if you are unemployed and need the money

Cons

The high turnover rate speaks for itself. The employee moral is lower than any other company that I have worked. Management lacks clear direction and you get conflicting directives. The benefits are poor.

Pros

None. Literally they used to be work from home which made it tolerable but now they have a return to office mandate where you're stuck in small loud office all day and your team isn't even there.

Cons

Very exclusionary culture. No diversity. They have a group of 5 to 10 people who have been here for years and are "bros." Everyone else is treated like garbage. Especially if you're a staff or senior. They recently fired almost all their seniors for "performance" reasons but there's insane expectations and budgets that force you to eat time. Your timesheet is scrutinized daily. It's just insane. I've never seen a more micromanaged environment. Really what this all is pertains to the private equity investment they received a few years ago. They cannot have growth of less than 20% for their corporate overlords so every year is bad. Btw the bonus is laughable. Less than half of your weekly salary. I left and have not looked back This company is dystopian.

Pros

Really none... flexibility is decent I guess

Cons

This place is a dumpster fire. It is very poorly run, the vast majority of senior management is in WAY over their head, they haven't had a good year in a while, and they blame everything on their employees. Additionally, their benefits are downright awful - if you want to pay an arm and leg for crappy insurance, this place is for you.
