    Comfortable place to work if you have no artistic ambition any more and just want a secure paycheck

    Cons

    Terrible uninspiring shows, bad pipeline, non-existent rnd, cost cutting taken to ridiculous levels. Some departments are badly underpaid.

    None, it’s beyond saving.

    Its a great place to earn your stripes in the industry. Learn different skills and build up your network. Chilled Work Environment Supportive team members Dress Down (No suits required) No blame game, always look for ways to resolve the issue

    Pros

    Amazing work environment and building, feels news and build for the studio and the artist. Some people are very friendly and talented.

    Cons

    Computer specs are not that great. The pipeline is heavy. Some people are not that friendly and talented. Salary are terrible for junior and mid artist.

    Oportunity to work on some of the best movies in the world. Very lovely place.

    Work standard is very high on the films, so you have to be among thr best it feelt like.
