Pros

- made some really great friends - great shows where the public will see all your work

Cons

- low salaries for fresh talent - constant overtime with no overtime pay - failed promises of artist managers, you have to know the RIGHT people to progress - if you are not with the RIGHT crowd, you are an outcast - tools are outdated and don't help us do our jobs - no guidance from leads because leads are jaded/fustrated

Pros

All the porridge and weetabix you could eat before lockdown.

Cons

- Owners, upper management & HR have little to no respect for staff on so many levels and they should be ashamed of themselves. - Since Prime Focus management have taken over they have driven this place into the ground and any sense of company morale has vanished. - No company culture. - Losing/Not bidding on good projects anymore. - People Team are a joke. - All the good people have left or are jumping ship. - Zero trust between company and its employees.

Pros

Some good projects and some talented people

Cons

Highers ups don't care about culture or people. They keep hiring People partners who are totally useless and do not bring about any change. People are treated like cattle and squeezed out until there is no life left in them Overtime is encouraged and people look down on you if you leave the office before 8pm People keep having breakdowns and nobody does anything about it During a recent restructure, a lot of talented people were let go of because they were lower down yet Heads of Department (a number of them are steady Eddys who don't pull their weight and leech on other people's work) are ok and are allowed to keep their big salaries The company keep taking people on, telling them they will be working on certain movies and then moving them to other projects with no explanation There is a lot of politics
