Pros

Organisation is one of the fastest growing in the state.

Cons

Toxic environment within the reception team. Management of those teams are more concerned with looking good than in doing a good job and leading well. Teams are cliquey and have a history of talking badly about staff members to others within the team.

- great colleagues - decent pay - good facility and moderately flexible work considerations

Cons

- Not sure about other teams, but this team allowed and encouraged employees to work beyond their scope and competency, even when this has been discussed with management - not enough training for areas employees asked to work in, give rise to anxiety and stress - a culture where people didn't feel safe to voice their opinions to management and some matters were ignored - admin heavy despite reasonable KPI, many people found it's either work over time or your behind
