Pros

Small company, very supportive withing the Consulting and Operations (support) teams Can be very lucrative for consultants, when work is available (using a pay structure similar to revenue-sharing) Flexible work schedule and locations

Cons

Weak CEO Lack of integration of recent adjacent acquisitions resulting in redundancy and conflicting corporate direction/priorities When biotech sector struggles, consultants are provided limited hours

Pros

Danforth offers the opportunity to be employed in a consultant role, which allows for flexibility and autonomy. They have interesting clients in the Bio-Tech space.

Cons

The level of autonomy didn't always make sense. There wasn't a clear chain of command when issues with clients arose, and the group of consultants had varying standards of practice, which feels like a risky way to run a business. The hours varied greatly, making it difficult to achieve balance. It seemed most consultants were either over or under indexed.
