Pros

LOTS of work to be done so you will be busy, if that's a Pro for you. Nice new offices. Most people are nice to work with.

Cons

The company is short staffed and it is reflected in the quality of work. They don't care about their employees at all. They are HORRIBLE at communications. They THINK they're headed toward being a great place to work but they're not. Rather, they are focused on the bottom line, regardless of what executive leadershio may ty to say about being focused on repls and employees. As desperate as you might be skip this placce.

Nice office in a good location. Commendable teamwork. Friendly and supportive coworkers and ability to be exposed wit some big clients.

Cons

I was lucky enough to land a very good position in the company. However, the majority of my experience could be lumped into the dreaded bucket. I was abused, overworked, and underpaid. I was essentially doing the work equivalent to two full-time employees. Management was also a control freak and would micromanagement the employees like crazy.

This company gravely lacks competent leadership. A company cannot be led by random people who have no idea how to effectively manage people and properly face the company's challenges. The lack of leadership is the main reason why this company seems like a revolving door for employees. The managers cannot retain talent because they do not have a single clue on how to lead.
