Pros

1. Co-workers are very friendly and helpful 2. Office time is flexible 3. Good for Educational internship. But be aware of permanent. You need to learn by yourself. Lack of senior resources. 4. Multiple projects and several teams.

Cons

1. So far I know 70+ employees resigned over the last 1.5 years. I resigned before 6+ months, Still i did not get my last month's salary and PF. Even they did not receive my phone call. Don't know how many more months I need to wait. 2. Most of the products/projects are developed by junior developers. Specially Intern developer. 3. Bad management policy. They change their policy anytime they want. 4. One-man policymaker. Anytime you will get any notice. So it's fully uncertain. 5. Salary range is very low. The yearly increment is very very low. Wrong commitment. Few managers always play politics between their team members. 6. You will find a few Dinosaur-type managers. Very poor technical skill. Always make false hope to team members to save their own job. 7. Company will hold your last month's salary for at least 7/8 months and the notice period is 3 months. If you resigned for 1/2 month's notice, you will not get last month's salary. 8. They always find a scope of how to deduct your salary. so be aware of it. Especially on your final settlement. 9. Now they started their promotion in many ways. They will capture your picture with a happy face when you get your final settlement. And you need to signature in to many stamps paper with many conditions (like, you can not write anything negative about the company or can not take any legal actions for any reason, etc.)

Worst company to join

Business outlook

Pros

1. If you manage to join a reputable team, your professional life should be fine; otherwise, challenges may arise. 2. While there is a valuable legacy code base for learning, its long-term applicability is uncertain.

Cons

1. The absence of employee-friendly HR policies, with a focus on pleasing higher management, creates a challenging work environment. 2. Employee voices go unheard, and decisions are made without considering their impact on the workforce. 3. Salary increments are consistently delayed by 3 to 4 months, with no provision for arrears, resulting in financial losses for employees. 4. Despite recent fire incidents, the company is relocating back to the previously burned floor, neglecting employee safety concerns. 5. Upon leaving the company, there is a risk of not receiving the last month's salary, and the timeline for accessing PF amounts is unclear. 6. A significant exodus of talented individuals is occurring, leaving those remaining either struggling to find new jobs or aware of limited opportunities. Considering these factors, it is advisable to carefully weigh the decision to join a company where employees feel undervalued and face uncertain prospects. The company has lost its vision since the departure of its previous management, focusing solely on financial gains.

Pros

Good company to prepare yourself for a challenging life by getting used to the worst HR policies, working on poor technical stack, working without any proper learning from seniors, working under worst project managers, working overtime like garments worker without pay, working without getting any yearly bonus (2 Eid festivals + Baishakhi Bonus), and keep listening: "We have a sharp decline of profit this year". If you are feeling your life is hard and challenging and you are feeling underprivileged, I will say come join DataSoft and you will say by yourself after 3 months: "Life is beautiful"

Cons

They are paying too much salary, a developer can bear. I should say, please do not give salaries so much to developers. Developers are garment workers. Instead, beg some money from developers as well.
