Pros
The people are fantastic Flexibility and Hybrid Working available The teams really do want to see the product succeed. Good Team Culture.
Cons
Management can feel quite disconnected, dept depending. Salary is ok could be better. Difficult product that needs improvement. Niche Product means you get paid ok, but kind of locks you in to the SaaS environment - know what you're getting yourself into.
