An incredible place to work! I've been at Datasembly for over two years and have seen it grow from fewer than ten people to the crew of nearly forty we have now. Datasembl-ers all share a humility, curiosity, kindness, and openness that is truly special. Leadership is always open to suggestions, and I always feel my feedback and ideas are respected and responded to in a timely manner. As for the job itself, there is a lot to learn and plenty of room for growth. We have a few sub-teams within our engineering team, which provide the opportunity to learn totally different skills and technologies and to touch/process/manage our data at different points in the pipeline. The people I work with are some of the brightest people I've ever known; I feel really proud to call them my coworkers. Overall, really amazing company, with many people who I've come to consider close friends. The flexibility, openness, challenging/interesting work, and value placed on employee happiness make it a unique and stellar place to be.
