Pros
Everyone was very welcoming at first and it felt like a closely knit environment. Unfortunately, that did not last for very long. Please see below.
Cons
This was an awful place to work! It is family owned company where 93% of the employees are blood related and 8% are longtime family friends; the rest are there by mistake. No one running the company has a computer science or programming background and it shows in their management style. Suggestions for process improvements were ignored and, in general, they are not open to outside ideas.

Nobody works, nepotism, favoritism, constant drama, narcissism, incompetence, family and friends paid well but not regular employees.
