      Work atmosphere has improved massively, but work itself remains dull

      Pros

      You are surrounded by genuinely nice people with some exceptions. Especially the junior level and some senior level people are very nice Working from home policy is much better than in the past (three days per week after two years of experience, vefore that it is two days) Career opportunities are extremely limited

      Cons

      HR is a disaster, very patronising. Working from home has been finally accepted but HR is reluctant about it. Work is quite niche, dull and boring. It is increasingly difficult to concentrate Pay is mediocre for a market research and consulting company in the banking sector. Diversity and inclusion do not exist in their vocabulary.
