      - Employee Discount - Location close to the Freeway - Hands-on Experience with products & Industry

      - Upper management with little to no experience with how to run a business - Compensation - Little to no pay increases offered - No career ladders - Terrible communication patterns from management - Hypocrisy from upper management - No Hybrid options for work - Little to no TMS resources - Little to no employee benefits - PTO (1 week a year)
