      99% of the people that work there are awesome. Good group of people.

      Cons

      I was promised a raise and promotion by the owner himself. He told me that he was going to go to HR and get it all taken care of. After a month, the COO and Chief compliance officer did a review for me and submitted a request for a raise and the owner kept changing the requirements for getting a raise for me. It took me 4 months of meeting the changing expectations only to have them change and meet for hours on end with my manager and the owner before I got a raise. This was after I had been there for 20 months. I was promised a bonus that never happened as well.

      Somehow, the company has collected some good employees in the past. The firearm industry is, for the most part, a good one to be in.

      Cons

      Everything stems from the owner, Garth Davidson. He is the worst person you'll meet. Only cares about making a quick buck. But at the same time, He's too scared to be honest about anything unless it shows himself in a positive light. If you don't bend over for him, doing questionable tasks, you'll be let go. That shows who is currently there. I could go on and on about how many times I've been lied to and how many lawsuits I could win. But Garth will spend millions just to show that he's the best ever. Just know to stay away from this company and any of its sister companies.
