      Pros

      Some nice coworkers and company parties before covid.

      Cons

      Poor Senior Directors and Management. There are a handful of jerks who have been with the company for a long time and they get away with manipulation of their employees. HR doesn't do anything no matter how serious the case is against them. Since the company is small these jerks who have been there a long time aren't going anywhere.

      A pay check and they provide restrooms with toilet paper. That’s it!

      I’ve walked in on HR and managers leaving reviews on here saying “HR asked me to”. The positive reviews on here are FAKE! this sham of a company treats employees like trash. Say their open to suggestions but basically if you’re not on board with their ideology upper management will work with the shady HR to craft some up some bogus lies to make it look like they’re firing you for bad work. This place is a hell hole where discrimination and racism are real. Look at the real reviews. Look at what REAL EMPLOYEES SAY! They only care about making money and at the cost of your health & sanity.

      Clean restrooms, nice coworkers. That is all

      Dishonest Hr Department. Lots of turnover while in the interview, they say very little next to none Garage shop product development environment No documents. Managers are arrogant. They do not like suggestions that they do not agree with You get blamed for their late delivery Unfair….
